Purple/Violet is actually one of the colors on my short list for a 993TT
David...

There is a gorgeous Viola Metallic (Vesuvio?) TT-S @ Road Scholars on Ebay....

Love the yellow belts and matching seatbacks. Go for it!!

Someone in our region has a coupe in this color, and it looks great in person.

It's not a Tip - some replies mis-spoke that fact. The ebay ad correctly describes it as a manual transmission, and shifter is shown in many interior photos....

Thats what I thought since you can clearly see the 6 speed pattern on the shifter too!

I thought about going to look at it but am going out of town friday for the holiday and cant get out there before the end of the auction. There is a large auto auction out near winter garden if that raises a flag.

Thanks for the lead...that is a great looking car!I wasn't looking for a collector's car so not sure I can justify the price premium, plus not a big fan of the TT-S at that price (best price I've seen for a clean one was $95k in Long Beach). I may have to do some research on this car though....

(btw Viola Metallic is not Vesuvius - Viola Metallic is metallic purple, but Vesuvius is a metallic purpleish-grey and changes color)
