Can someone post a picture of the two bumpers. I might be brain damaged because I can not see any difference.

The only difference is the splitter. You can add the splitter for about $700 (OEM) or MAShaw for about $375.

 

the front TT-S bumper has an additional extension on the lower part...this piece is bolted/glued onto the standard TT bumper - you can also tell because the lower side vents on the TT bumper will no longer be visible (my sig below has the TT bumper only). the rear bumpers are identical

Here is a side by side... the Polar Silver (left) has a Turbo bumper and the Arctic Sivler (right) has the Turbo-S Euro bumper (without the bumperrettes).
