Montreal is a great city1!!
I had some great meals at Stash's Polska Bazaar, very near Notre Dame. Don't know if it's still in business. If the Expos are in town, you shouldn't have any trouble getting tickets. I love hearing:

Biere froide, chiens chauds from the vendors.

Oh yeah. and there's always the Molson brewery tour.

Thanks for the tips everybody! Bob - this could be quite a weekend. A chance to drive Circuit Mont Tremblant could be the highlight. I've got my priorities all wrong. I shouldn't be spending my time with real estate agents looking at neighborhoods, I should be looking at the local tracks!!!

Um ... the Expos are in town ... Washington, that is ... they are now the Nationals :-)

I will be driving up to Montreal next weekend as well, any other things to do on Thu/Fri/Sat night?

Oops. My bad re. the Expos. Can you tell I dont' read the sports pages. Of course I'm the guy who just found out the NHL has been on strike.
