Tough to say, as Victory always seems to hold out for top dollar. One thing I didn't see mentioned in the ad is that the roof appears to have holes from the roof pins. I think Victory and a lot of dealers use Ebay more for advertising - they have high reserves and do their real selling over the phone. I'd say $32K if the roof isn't in bad shape.

You should assume that whatever price a dealer is asking for a car is too much.

I also would assume the car is not as nice as the photo's make it look.

$35.5k from a dealer would be a fair price if there are no stories and with clean PPI. I'd budget an additional $1500-2000 for a new top if one is needed.

There's also a C4 cab with sport seats and 8K more miles for $33K on ebay and that's the buy it now price. There seems to be a glut of cabs on the market right now.

By the way I was shocked at how much demand and how high the prices were at the Manhiem dealers auction yesterday on 993's.

It has a Motorsound air box, identified by the chrome lip, but it doesn't have a 159 Motorsound code identified on the Code Option Tag. I would suspect it doesn't have the complete Motorsound option.

Here is what it has, as best as I can readfrom the image on Ebay.

Code Option Description
233 Original tires, Pirelli
329 Radio - ?
398 Left outside mirror - electric - plain [Prior to 1996]
398 17 " 5-Spoke Wheels (P205/50ZR17 front, P225/40ZR17 rear) [1996]
398 18" Technology Design Wheels [1997]
437 Comfort seat left
454 Automatic speed control

Ricky_nu: Are you actively pursuing a purchase or just checking the market prices?

Nice color! Definitely one of my favorites. However, when I was searching I couldn't say no to Metallic black.

Ricky, don’t despair there will always be another around the corner shortly. I have called Victory on several cars over the past 12 months and every one of them was “just sold” yet remains on their web site for weeks and months. I really liked that 89 Speedster in blue they still have on their website yet told me was sold more then a month ago. Good luck in your hunt.
