this reminds me of the VW commercial "Unpimp ze Auto", when the car has stickers on the rear window spelling "THE FLAME", and the lady peels the "F' off and sticks it on the dude's shirt and says "you get an F". that's what stickers on cars make me think of.

I don't think these beautifully designed and finished cars need it. Each to their own I guess, just not for me. A little too "in your face" for a high-end sports car.
