Darin and PGuy:

Hey, if you guys are ever hooking up over the P-Car's, drop me a line. I'm just over in Walnut Creek.

There's a couple more of us close by as well. We've done a few casual local drives/coffee run. It would be fun to have you guys along.

Regards

From one new owner to another - enjoy the new 993! My SAG hasn't gone away...I think it is still there when I sleep dreaming about my next drive.

Thanks everyone.

Kelly, I'm the tall guy with the shaved head. ( It started falling out by itself, so I just decided to shave it all!)

Jim, sounds good. Let me know when you guys are getting together.

I am into my P-car for less than a year now and everytime I look in the garage I feel just as excited as the day it was delivered. Great forum! thanks for the nice pics. I never get tired of Polar Silver......

Jim, you probably don't remember but we've met before. You and your friend came to my house in Antioch before to look at my 87 Carrera I was selling at the time but changed my mind at the last minute. Anyway, also let me know when you and others get together.

Blaine S, thank you for the welcome. I followed your car hunting story and I think you got a beautiful car. Silver is always my first choice of color.

Joe, thank you. I drive by San Ramon twice everyday. One of these weekends let's get together.

Dung:

Welcome to the 993 crowd !

If I remember correctly, you had a salt water aquarium...right? If so, that was a darn nice Carrera, drove just super, looked nice too.

To the other east bay 993'ers:

We should all pick a date/time like a weekend morning or weekday evening to meet up. After the rumble, I'll start a thread for such an event...

Last week, Brad and I had quite a few look-i-looers over two 993's lined up parked on the street. Imagine getting 5 or six together at one of the local Starbucks or burger/pizza joints. Could be fun !

Regards

Jim, you're right! I still have the salt water aquarium but sold the Carrera. Well, I replaced it with something even better... 993
