I've been looking for a while as well. I've had several sell out from under neath me while I kicked the tires. I'm looking at 20k to 35k mile 1996 C2 coupes (not S') Blk, Arctic Silver and Guards Red and they are selling for $37.5 to about $44k depending upon how heavily optioned they are and their location.

 

BA had a new 993 owner write in and report a 40K mile 96 C2 for $33K-ish. That's not a bad deal. I think those deals are out there, and I'm looking for one around that neighborhood.

 

I had a dealer sell my 96 C2 (48kmiles) for $37k. Polar Silver with many factory options. Bargains can be found, but there are also many buyers who are willing to spend $40k for a good car. If you find a bargain, you just need cash ready, and ready to fly or whatever to check out the car immediately.
