Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the 95 cars are unique in their rear offset requirement.
7 X 16 F 55.0 205/55 X 16
9 X 16 R 70.0 245/45 X 16
This being the case, the fronts are likely OK to bolt on, the rears will require a 15mm shim or wheel spacer. Check some of the P-Car parts houses for prices and specifications on spacers. Most of them have knowledgable staff that can provide definitive information.

I'm not sure you can squeeze an 8.5 up front, but the rear should fit without issue. Normal offsets for a 993 at ET55, so the 1 mm difference is nothing.
What you will aslo need to consider are the "other" factors: what size tires do you expect to mount, how much camber, how stiff are the springs, and are the fenders rolled? These will also matter in determining if the wheels (and tires) will fit.
