Default Ready to show my 993 to you all...

or at least a link to pics. If there is a cleaner one with 35Kmiles, and no paintwork, I want to see it. Have owned it for 5 years: bought certified from Porsche dealer in Tysons corner VA 1/00. Has full power, motor sound, HI-FI, aluminum pachage. Mods being wheels and RSR. 35,XXX miles. Drove in rain once. Service primo. Leather perfect (no "character lines"). http://patstudio.com/ladd/

Sadly, I'm thinking of selling for a 996TT

Is "that" TT really that great? It may be, just asking.

Cladd,
The short answer on Old Guy's TT is a profound yes. I had a very, very long conversation with ViperBob about the car (the guru who has done all the work on it). He said the car is in absolutely incredible condition and I believe him. You don't get a great reputation like his on a board like this telling lies.

If you're interested in a TT, I'll tell you two things: Midnight Blue on Cashmere is simply stunning (I have seen it in person) and OG's car is solid. Were it not for my addiction to Guards Red, the car would have been mine already. Just my .02

What is cool about it is that it looks almost black on a cloudy day and then BAM!!!! On a sunny day it's just electric and really stands out!

So, your car is for sale, then? Are you a Rennlist member? If not, I suggest you read chapter 12 of the Rennlist Charter. Please let the Admins know if they can help.

You got lucky then. There is no shortage of horror stories on them. Not the cars' fault the dealer's bad, but they're not known for their great deals either. Anyway, congrats.
