Source for RS black rockers?

I wonder how the Chris Walrod project is going? He was developing some CF side skirts with improvements. I'd be all over that if he's still thinking of finishing the project.
Chris?

Tabs are fragile.......................
Yes they are...in fact most of mine are broken...as a result of having to take the left side skirt half way off for oil changes and a few off road excursions, BUT, no worries, they are mounted to the car with screws, fore and aft. The tabs don't seem to be a big deal.

About 1/3 of my tabs broke too. It is a poor design. As Martin said it doesn't seem to matter too much because the rest of the fasteners seem to be able to hold them on with no problems. As far as oil changes, there is a little door on the RHS skirt that should allow access to the oil drain plug if my memory serves me. You should not need to remove the skirt for an oil change.

Three Wheelin'
The last few days I was convinced that my car looked great and I was done modding her. So today I came home and surfed a bit on the rennlist site. A new thread just started " RS black rockers"
And of course now I really want them

So, who would be interested in C/F side skirts made by Chris?
One obvious advantage of those would be easier repair possoibility and I assume the tabs would be stronger than those of Factory.
So, who's in for those?

FF,
I'd be up for a set of Chris' RS side skirts for sure. And you're right, I seem to remember one of the improvements he was incorporating was stronger tabs. Hopefully he'll weigh in on this thread shortly.

I feel like I have the car in a nice configuration/set up from a handling perspective. The picture was from this past weekend and the car was really laying down some good times. All I had to do was have the guts to push it!
Thanks again!
