The stock US ride height (all measurements from a level surface along the center line of the wheel to the fender lip) for the OEM shocks and springs on my car was 26 5/8" front and 26 1/2" rear. As you can see, very little difference front to rear "rake".
When I had the Euro M030 springs installed with the Bilstein HD's my ride heights went to 25 3/4" front and 25 5/8" rear. Again, almost no difference front to rear. This is the "Euro" ride height, or 1" lower than stock.
There should not be a 1" plus difference from front to rear. Viken noted that the springs ARE color coded. See this link for color codes:

It sound like you may have received the USA M030 springs instead of the Euro set and then the shop balled up the job besides with the front and rear rake.
