Default Ignition switch wire decoding

My wiring diagram is illegible in this section...could someone please help with what color the starter solenoid wire, ignition, batt+ and ground wires are behind the ignition switch?

Thanks team!

Hmmm...how about this....the wiring to the ignition switch splits into two groups...one group has 2 heavy-gauge red batt+ wires, one black wire which is apparently Ignition, and one which is violet and apparently accessories/instruments/computer.

The second group has a 6-headed plug. I have the ignition switch all apart now, so I can't properly test so could anyone help determine which wire is to the starter solnoid? That's the one I need...

thanks!

John,

Best I can tell its:

Two Red heavy 4mm wires = +12V permanent in
1.5mm green = +12v when key out (feeds parking lights)
2.5mm red/black = first position key in (radio on?)
2.5mm violet = accessory switched line (X) to relay R33
2.5mm black = "15" line to ignition coils...and relay R11 to switch other circuits
2.mm yellow = "crank" to starter relay...

Hope that helps some.

Clive.

Hmm. I can't seem to get continuity between the batt+ lines and the yellow "crank" wire in any ignition cylinder position. Is that yellow 2.5MM wire out to the plug on the front firewall in teh 6-prong plug position # 6 definately "start" or crank?

My fuse box doesn't indicate any fuse or relay for the starter. Any guesses?

Thanks!
John
