11" Wheels on 993?
I heard something about this awhile back... has anyone ever done this? Do they have any pictures? Also, how come a the similar widths of a 911 with fikses look much more offset than a 993 with fikses? Is it possible to get more offset for a 993? Thanks

I run 9s and 11s on my RS. Not a problem. Re your offset Q-- some wheels seem to have a deeper outer rim halve, especially on the rear. If you like the deep offset look, try BBS or Cargraphic.

Tires-- I run 245/285, can go a little wider if need be (but not a 305--tried it, won't work).
Yeah, the fenders were rolled pretty aggressively, but Porsche fender lips were *made* to be rolled. There's this special German tool that bolts onto the hub, see-- I even used it to roll the fenders on my Audi S4. Then there is the U.S. counterpart, the Louisville Slugger

It will work if you are careful about the measurements. I have my BBS measurements (inside and outside rim halves, measure from the wheel center flange) at work and can e-mail them to you when I return in January. You can take those to Fikse and have them make the wheels to those specs.

That would be great. No rush, though. I am speaking of using these for street and street alignment so I can get regular use out of the tires; this will work with a ormal alignment, not crazy camber, right? Thanks for your help.
