Hi Robert;
Long shot, but if for some reason the roll bar offers fall thorough, let me know and I will take the DAS bar.
I have a "want ad" in the classifieds, but not having much luck hearing about anything through there...
Cheers;
Eric

Marc,
A couple of things. First, use FedEx ground it will be a ton less expensive than UPS. I had my DAS sent from California to Va for about $40 I think. It was a lot cheaper than UPS.
Second, the DAS install is pretty straight forward. The most difficult part is installing the single bar that uses the front seat belt mounts. It helps to have small and flexible hands as well as a little help from a friend.
Installing the hoop portion is really quite easy as long as you have a good spreading or pulling tool. First install the front parts of the hoop that connect with the bar running between the stock seat belt mounts, then work on lining up the rear parts of the rollbar for installation. I think it was JeffTT that once posted to use the following Quick Grip tool . From this link select the Clamps link and the Quick-Grip
12 In. Bar Clamp Multi Position Jaw is about a page down. This thing is great for this.
After seeing Jeff's post, I went and go the tool and can tell you it makes the alignment of the holes for the final installation much easier. I have taken the hoop part of the bar out and in a couple times by myself and it really is pretty easy.
Any questions please let me know.

Yes, they are! The rollbar & strut brace are spoken for, but the wheels/tires, and the Recaro are both still available.

I was looking to get a Cayenne but the powers to be ( you know who) put a stop to the plan, however I got the green light for a "cheap truck"
I'm fixing to sent an email to Phil for the rest
So most likely I will see you guys in H-town around the 15th of January with the Toy Hawler and a Toy box to pick up the Blue Meanie as I'm doing a DE on January 22nd at Sebring in preparation for the race
This is the best Xmas ever!!!
Happy holidays to all!

Thank god, a Cayenne can't do the job of a proper long wheelbase diesel! I mean, could a cayenne pull a heavy-*** 28' steel bumper-hitch trailer at 95 mph?
