How many guys use the 993 as a daily car? Is it practical?

I'll be using mine this winter...at least until I get the new tranny into the Audi Quattro. I put it up last winter but would go out to the garage occasionally to start it...

You drive a BMW, Porsche and live in such a nice house. And... I remember you talking about vacations and the like. This is all from installing cable????? Shoot, I been doing the wrong thang. There must be a piece of the puzzle missing somewhere, no? Paint me curious.

As far as driving daily, sure no problem, do it daily. The only thing that weighs on my mind is a thread response from Ray Calvo about having to warm up all that oil first. He says short drives are not good. I do it anyway but that still lurks in the back of my mind.

I use mine Monday thru Friday, rain or shine. The car is very reliable. The most important aspect for me is "fun to drive." I agree with Aussie Alan, on the parking situation, that's why I try not to park at the Malls.
