Post Hey Wait for me! team meeting in Aruba (OT)

Well, we're definitely off track here! And, I'm happy to report that Danny was true to our team here - his ship wasn't in first. Of course, if you look at how narrow the channel was, it's probably a good thing Danny wasn't driving!

We had a great meeting, thanks a lot Danny! It was a lot of fun, and I look forward to seeing you at the track.

That's Danny in the middle, me (Patricia), and my hubby, Bill. Hopefully you can tell us apart,

Where else but rennlist will you find friends where ever you go? And, now, on with my mission!

It was great meeting you Pat and your husband Bill! We had a lot of fun, a great afternoon. Next time you know you have to cruise with me
As you all can see true to the team not only we pulled into the port second but even my ship is painted in blue and yellow

It would be great to have a Rennlist reunion cruise, maybe I should talk to John D about it, to get a nice group rate we will need a bunch of cabins.
My ship is called the "Summit" from Celebrity Cruises and we sail Alaska in the Summer, Caribbean in the winter and trancanal/coastal cruises in between. You can check it out at www.celebritycruises.com

One thing is for sure that if you guys come on my ship I will show you our best hospitality in the spirit of this great community, my way to show my appreciation for Rennlist. Since I joined Rennlist I have met upclose some incredibly nice people like Matt, Robert, Kev, Princenton , now Pat and her husband and via the internet people like Mike, Eric, Pin, Kim, Viken, Greg, Robin, Hank, Dan, Phil, and many others who have offered their help, support and advise numerous times.

Wow.

Danny, I suppose it would be easy to have an off course excursion with a ship, but can you spin one?
And your ship is riding rather high in the water. Maybe you should have it lowered.

Patricia

That's really cool that you three got together. And I'm proud that you beat the team registrar across the line. Have you found the perfect Margarita, or will you need more research.

Have a great trip.

BTW Danny - your tires worked well at a recent DE. Nice improvement over the 205 - now very neutral & I was faster - not too fast, but faster. Thanks again.

That deck is way big enough to race on - we don't need to wait for port, though it will help to drink alot of Port. I am already working on a new splitter design and custom wheels for a deck chair. Invitation to the Easter Bunny will go out tomorrow.

Danny, if I can convince the wife to leave land I'll see to it we're on your ship!

Danny:

Based on a previous thread, is the ship going to be able to hold us "larger" folk?

Mike I tried to convince my Captain to pull the handbrake and test the ship spinning but he wont listen to me for some reason I'm working on a PSS-9 setup with some thicker adjustable sways because we experience some roll when we turn

Dan I'm glad "my" tires are working well for you! Just dont go too fast now! Regarding the ice racing there is a helicopter tour that takes you on a glacier so you can walk on it. I don't know about you but the batteries are charged on my 1:8 911! I agree with Mark a lot of "port" will help!!!

Matt I'm waiting for you my friend!
