How often do you drive your Porsche

Isn't it odd how many of us don't drive our cars in the rain here on the east coast. For me, I'm very lazy and hate to clean it too much, so I try to just drive it on nice days so it stays cleaner. Is that the reason some others don't like to drive in the rain?
To work and back is only about 20 city miles for me. I'm taking it to NYC tomorrow (the Trenton train station, actually, then training in to NYC as per your suggestions!) It really does need a long drive!

I will not drive in the rain-not only do I dread having mud and stuff slopped all over the car, my choice of rubber (BF Goodrich G-Force) is totally suicide in the deep wet. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />

Once every Saturday morning to the gym and back which runs about 6 miles....just enough to get the engine warmed up...should really use it more....

My wife and I drive our three Porsches daily.
Life is tough, as we don't have any other vehicles.
We're looking for a truck, but the nice ones
cost too much...So, we would rather buy another...

That means I drive my car mainly on weekends & evening for joy riding (I'd hate to sit in a stop & go traffic with any car & especially in Porsche) and at track, of course!
I do joy riding usually only when it doesn't rain.
If it starts to rain, no big deal (actually I like to play & do some sliiiiides when it's wet! ) but my reason for not driving so much in (relativelym since there's no winter here) bad weather: This car will be mine as long as I live so I want to keep her in great shape, avoiding wet is one thing to make the body last longer.
If my plan was to keep her, say, for 5 years, that would be a different story.
Every time when I drive, I take long enough driver to get her really warm and do some "Italian tune ups" at least a little.

I've owned mine a year this month, and I've put 18,000 miles on it since I got it, every one with a smile.

I used to commute daily, 120 miles one way to work. Unfortunately I changed job. Although distance stays the same, the road to work is different (A46 Leics to Lincoln) and it became so boring to drive on a straight line at 50mph almost all the way. Now we have a Smart car for work and supermarket runs. 993 for fun runs.

As often as possible - mostly during my time off & PCA events (not a daily driver, but more of a Toy/Garage Queen).

I use mine as a daily driver. 20 miles each way to work. The drive is partial I-95, partial city driving. (CE Light) I used to have it as agarage queen, but then decided that I was paying too much insurance $$ to just "sit there". I sold my other car, and now my 993 goes everywhere. (yes, even the mall!)

2,000 miles in the last 6 months, laregely due to the winter when I had it stored. Still looking for some good Porsche roads here in New Jersey.
