Post skippy......

I'm leaving for Daytona tomorrow night for 3 days of racing school with skippy...
Can't wait...
Of course I will come back with a long post for everyone. To share my good times...
And hey..Hopefully someone will upgrade my user rating
just kidding....I know the used car prices post really left a bad taste in people's mouths....I understand
And I still haven't found the car I want at the price I want anyway so to me...
But I'm still on the prowl...
Can't wait to get into the formula dodge open cockpit...
I've had lots of seat time but always in my awd sedan. A rear wheel drive race car will be a whole new experience for me. I am so excited...
Thanks for everyone who helped me weighed the benefits of skip vs. panoz...
post you soon...

The skip cars are fun. You'll enjoy yourself.

The cars accelerate like a 993, but pull 1.3 g's in corners. Brakes are phenomenal.

Let us know your reactions. I'd also like to know what the banking is like in one of those cars. I've done a Sebring full-course race weekend the last few years, but thought I might try Daytona this winter.

But be forewarned. You're setting the hook for the race series. (Sequential transmissions are very cool)
