Question Heat flaps

I phoned the dealer regarding a problem i have with the ventilation. With the
control unit off i still have heat coming out of the center and right vent, the left
vent is working properly. They told me that one of the flap sensors
is not working or is stuck.I wonder if anyone has had a similar problem and if there is anything i can do myself to correct this?

Suee..

The bottom right footwell has a small screw in the carpeting that you can pull out and have access to the ventilation tube. Inside this tube is the ventilation flap. The flap is stuck in the open position. You can manually close it so the hot air will not continue to enter the cabin. Quck fix until you can get the sensor replaced at the dealer.

Good Luck...!
