I have a 1998, 933 C2 that receved flood damage from Ivan. The water came to the mid bummper level and damaged the computers located next to the spare tire and the computer unit and stereo amp. located under the front seats. The power seats do not work as the drive motors were under water. I am trying to remove the seats but I cannot move them forward to access the back hold down bolts. I have removed the flex shafts under the seats that run from the electric motor to the long adjusting screws. I have tried to turn these flex shafts by hand without any luck. I have attached a new motor to these flex shafts and the adjusting screws seem to be frozen or locked. I have sprayed them with WD-40 and still they will not budge. Am I missing something?
