PowerHaus II
Not sure what happened to the post I put in a few minutes ago, but here's the short version: PowerHaus II has decided to accept my return and send me a refund on the 993 gears ( minus the 15% restocking fee). They did the right thing and I will continue as their customer, and suggest others consider them for their gear needs.

Can we assume that Carrera4cam is affiliated with PHII.
If so welcome !
If this is so, I might suggest that you make your handle more reckognizeable as PHII....
Glad to read the follow up.

Not to start a flame, but was this resolution of their own accord or the result of a third party's efforts? I recall your original post, Alain, and was frankly shocked at the arbitrary manner in which your return request was originally addressed.
Based on that information, PHII did not appear to be a company that deserved our patronage. I know you were very pleased with the ordering process, but when your situation changed and warranted a return, they did not seem to offer an acceptable resolution.
Can we all expect the same consideration or will it require an Act of God to get an appropriate response?

Roger:
The 915 is great ! I will attest for those reading that I very much like the PHII gears a recieved for a 915 rebuild I did. Also, Roger, you were of great assistance on upgrading my syncros on that box ! Thanks.
For your referecne. Not long after getting the 915 together, I found a '95 993 in need of a good home. That has been taking most all, plus, of my time.
Ooh bouy these cars are fun !
