Default Limited Slip Differential For Tiptronic®

I am looking into the possibility of a limited slip differential for 964's and 993's with Tiptronic® Transmissions.

My guess is that, if 5 are made, the cost will be approximately $3000 per unit. If 10 are made, approximately $1900 per unit.

I am looking to make no profit on these, just to cover the actual cost of the units excluding engineering which I will absorb as I intend to make one for myself regardless.

If anyone is interested, please let me know in the next few days.

Hmm, now this is interesting as i have 2 paraplegic friends that race and we have never been able to get a LSD for a TIP so they have an interest. CEBoyd we spent a great deal of time on it and were never able to find a factory LSD for their cars so if You have any documentation, window sticker, cardex etc...anything I can get a factory PN from I would really appreciate it. I have spoken with Stuttgart, Porsche Motor Sport and Paul Guard with no success so anything is much appreciated. Bob I will speak to my friends and see if they have an interest provided there is indeed no factory LSD made for the TIP. By the way Bob, Super Taco's and Taco Cabana are calling Your name! lol

I, too, was interested as I did not think that the Type 993 Tiptronic® was available with a limited slip differential.

I'd be up for one of those special RUF 5 speeds...
