Question PPI recommendation for Raleigh-Charlotte NC

I'm getting ready to finalize a deal on a 97 in this area. Can anyone recommend a good person for a PPI in the Raleigh-Charlotte area in NC?
Anyone had any dealings with Leith Imports?
Thanks in advance.

Mike,

my experience with Leith Imports was that they are friendly, but could not help with resetting OBDII readiness code - spent ~hour driving car around.
I brought my car to European Performance, but they didn't do anything major with the car - only tech inspections. They were able to answer all the questions and seemed to be knowledgable.
I've heard good things and recommendations about Chuck Miller at Millersport - if I had to do something major and costly I will try to come to him first - he was recommended by Peter Krause at Krause And England, whom I trust very much.
Good luck with PPI!

I like the Charlotte dealer - Hendrick Porsche. They're enthusiasts and I've never felt ripped off. Through them, a rust spot was identified on a Porsche I used to own and they convinced the factory to pay for repair and repainting. Hendrick then took care of everything for me. The work was excellent, even though they subcontract painting and bodywork.

It's the only dealer service department I recommend without reservation.

Raleigh and Charlotte are pretty far apart. Where exactly is the car?
Definitely DO NOT use Foreign Cars Italia. They are the dealer in Greensboro and in my opinion are worthless.
Bill Gordon at Gordon Automotive in Greensboro is a great Porsche only independent. Very honest and experienced guy.

Talk to Tolga at European Performance or Peter Krause. I used Peter many many years ago to tune some triple webers and he was the only one to get them right.
