Post 28K for a 95 C2 a good deal?

BMW of Austin has a '95 C2 with 65k miles that they are asking 28k. It looks pretty clean other than normal wear and tear. I think the price seems low but not sure in these economic times. I am thinking this would make a good daily driver or even a track car. Anything I should look out for on this year model?

kellby wholesale blue book is 32200.00 plus a 2200.00 add for miles!!

edmunds true market value trade in 30900.00 private party sale 32500.00 dealer retail 36600.00

seems like a cheap price to me!

Man,

THAT is cheap.

For all of our sakes, I hope this car has SOMETHING wrong with it at that $ level.

I know guys with 1986 Carreras that ask THAT much for 'em.

Geezz.

BTW. FWIW the wire loom issue is inexpensive to update & effects relatively few 993's of all years. It is just another factor to put into the purchase pie is all.

Man, you must be loaded. You don't think $500 for the harness and $1000 for the labor is expensive ?

Well,

To my understanding... The total job is actually around $800, and no, I don't think eight hundred is expensive in the grand scheme of 993 things.

Heck, Phil & I spend that on coffee in a week.

I know a set of tires on this thing is at least that much.

Its a lot cheaper than PSS9's.

Look at a set of lit-tronic lights.

Ever look at the price on a turbo front bumper?

Try on some carbon interior enhancements.

I hear upgraded radios can easily exceed "crazy" money.

Don't look at prices on exhaust tips please.

Perhaps an ECU chip? Or a set of Recaro's

Never mind a set of Kineses / Fikse / Technology wheels.

I think its justified - under the circumstance I think that we are all nuts anyway. <img src="graemlins/drink.gif" border="0" alt="[cherrsagai]" />
