Officially Porscheless now
Hi guys,
It's Dejavu all over again
I'm afraid to tell you that I'm officially Porscheless now. I've just sold my C4S to a friend/fellow local Rennlister/track-junkie/HWFMR Director
It's been a great ride and I've been very blessed to be able to own a car like that (it was a dream came true for me when I first bought a 993 about 3 years ago). It's been a blessing as well to be given the privilege to get acquinted to friends here at Rennlist.
It's amazing to realize how many friends (some have actually become best friends whom I chat with almost everyday) I've made here, this really is a neat community (thank you John D. for making all this possible).
Why did I sell it? One word... well actually two: track bug
I really love the car and I have found that the one place that I could enjoy it the most is on the track (that's just me though). However with that being said, if I were to continue tracking a Porsche, I will (no doubt) never have a savings
Thus I need to sell it before it's too late
I'd like to wish you all the best and I'll definitely keep in touch with you guys
God bless you and please take care...

I sick for you. What a terrible loss but a great gain for the new owner. You better get to makin some money so that you can get back to the track. Like I always say: Money is not necessary unless you plan on living past tomorrow.
Good luck and hurry back to the ranks.

Pin - I am very sorry to lose you as a Porsche driver for the time being. I hope we will not lose you still coming around to some of the BAR events. I usually have a seat open in my car, and you are always welcome to it...

Pin,
I'll do everything I can to keep your car in great shape . It will see the track quite a lot. In fact Bob is installing a fire system, a set of Sports Cup and some Pagid pads... I will start playing with it at Buttonwillow with Speedventures on 10/2. John, Jauder are you coming?

John, I'm still doing spec miata dammit I'm only just finally getting the Turbo sorted out, I dont want to go through the nightmare of getting another oil cooler.. I do miss the NA car though, Nelson, I might need those RSRs back
pin, how about a spec miata? lol
Arnud, I'm thinking about it. Maybe 2 days in BW and 1 at Thunderhill (Monday). Are you going to Thunderhill on Monday? It's unlimited laps.

Pin,
When I first looked at heading I was fearing the worse, that something may of happened to that beautiful car of your's. But I was relieved to see it was voluntarily sold.
I'm glad I had a chance to meet you and see your car. It's Geneva's 2nd favorite color (AR being 1st of course and i'll forward the news to her, that she'll never have an opportunity to ride in it now.
Seriously tho, i'm sure your decision was extremely tough but was the right one. Please don't be a stranger to this board and best of luck with your new toy.
PS...remember...our invitation is always open when you come visit NYC.
