Skip at Daytona or Panoz at Sebring??

Skip at Daytona or Panoz at Sebring??
Now that I have extensive seat time at the track, it's time to turn it up.
I'm thinking about my competition license but I know I need racing school first. (lapping days are great but limiting.)
My bro and I are going the second week in december and our choices are.
Panoz Racing School at Sebring or Skip Barber at Daytona infield.
Obviously the schools are going to be different, cars, classes, . (8cyl vs open wheel 4cly) etc.
I have driven Sebring already so my inclanation is to want to do daytona infield.
Daytona is Skip. Any advice?? thanks..
