Hi Johan,
(Apologies for diverting this thread).

Thanks for confirming that Duncan ran a 1:09+ at Road Atlanta, I thought I remembered it, but I couldn't remember when. I do remember watching the Mitty race, (from the comfort of the timing tower) and Duncan ran a very high 1:20s on the first lap (around 1:28 ?) then turned up the wick and ran in the low one minute and teens for the rest of the race, I thought he was just checking to see if the line was dry. I think the field of cars almost got lapped in a 7 lap race, but then again I wouldn't fault anyone for holding back during that race given the track conditions.

I hope I'm remembering the right race. Did he ever manage to pass you after all the harassing?

Best of luck to you, and thanks again for refreshing my memory.

The comments I made about Pirellis above were directed at the P Zero Corsa, not the P Zero Rosso, sorry for any confusion.

William D: if my experience with Tire Rack this week is any indication, you can at least get Michelin Pilot Sport Ribs in the standard sizes for the 17" wheels (205/50-17 front, 255/40-17 rear).

I have been driving on TOYO T1S including DEs and AX and would only go by them, that is until I switched to PS2s.
The traction on the T1S is amazing but they are less predictable at the limit than the PS2s.
They are very close in cost.
A couple years ago, the speedvision GT challenge was always run on T1S. They have now switched to RA1s.
