New Steering Wheel Pic.
I just installed a MOMO millenium steering wheel if anyone wanted to see what a NON airbag wheel looks like.As far as feel it is a million times better than the old wheel although you lose some site of 45 mph - 50 mph on the gauge. Can someone give me a link to GERT'S site I need a part for the horn and airbag light.

I have this wheel from my '87 Turbo if there is anybody interested. Dont really know what its worth. I have the adapter for my old '87 too. I would think it would fit a 993 but am not sure. I dont think it would look good in my red car.

You can buy them at NRAUTO or www.performanceproducts.com and www.legend5.com, make sure if you buy from legend5 you get the Billet Aluminum and not the Brushed Aluminum, the Billet is very thin (real) aluminum laser cut but the brushed aluminum is a synthetic material. The kit cost about $400.00 with shipping.

The kit from www.nrauto.com or www.performanceproducts.com is solid aluminum and it is not very flexible. It runs for about $900.00

96P993" I know it appears that I am talking to myself but I thought of a couple things after I posted my previous comments, sorry about the triple post. Anyway to answer your question the **** was originally made for a round type shifter, if you slide it all the way down on the shifter and attach all three allen bolts it will fit tightly and not move at all.
Make sure you tighten the allen bolts evenly a little at a time. The shiftknob feels a lot more solid than the old one and has a better grip.
