993 Foot Rest
Has anyone delt with, Nic at importpower? I ordered a foot rest off E-Bay from him and have not recieved anything yet. He said TECHART is the problem. But he is still posting on E-bay with no product.

Nick always replied to my emails. In short it probably is techart.
Did you get the other pedals? or just the footrest?

Nick has been good at replying but my point is he is still selling merchandise on E-Bay with no product. Why don't we order from TECHART and get the same service. I payed by Pay Pal,he has my money and can't deliver.

Ideally that is what neg or neutral feedback is for. The problem is, if you give someone neg feedback, they will often retaliate against you by giving you the same. Someone taking over a month to deliver after receiving a paypal deserves a negative.

Same here. It's been 2 weeks. I even called him up, and he said it was Techart.

Hi Buzz, sorry about what happened but when we spoke over the phone we offered you a full refund of your money and you refused. We also told you we will hold the first foot rest that comes in from Germany for you. We appologize for the delay and we understand your frustration. We also want to thank all of our loyal customers who have been patient with us through out this ordeal such as Sachin, McGrath and Manuel from Riverside, CA therefore they are obligated to a 20% discount on any TECHART products they wish for

We gave buzz a positive feedback for his prompt payment, we would never do such a thing like retalation. We offered buzz a 100% full refund of his money and promised to hold the first one that comes in but unfortunately buzz is a very hard person to please therefore 2 days after we offered him all this we received a negative
