I am a bit vertically challenged and when I am in the car the seatbelts cuts across my neck and is quite unvcomfortable. Have any of you shorter guys, figured out a fix to lower the shoulder belt so it does not hit one on the side of the neck? Thanks.

Get a wooden clothes line pin and clip it to the top of the seat belt loop in order to create some slack in the belt, to keep the belt from strangling you.
