Post Looking for a windstop for a 993 Cab

I'm trying to find a windstop for my 993 Cab (somewhere besides my local dealer). If a used one were available in good condition, that would be fine.
Any suggestions on where I can find one?
Thanks much.
Rick.

Group Buy!!! I've been looking as well but 400+ is a bit steep to keep my hair in place!

Try LA porsche dismantlers or partwerks in Chicago. When I was looking they both had them in the 200-250 dollar range. Good luck. Bill

If purchasing a used one make sure it includes all required parts. There are a few clips that come with the windstop. May want to check Pano, or PCA/Rennlist classifies for a used one.

I had purchased a new one at SonnenMotor Cars
for about $375 three years ago, part # 993 561 979 03 dex. Don't know what current price today is.

I found windstop to be one of the best options for the cab for cooler weather top down driving.

Don't know why but Performance Products has an original Porsche Windstop listed in their catalog at $299.95, page 43 of Catalog # 49A. On their website the part is $449.00? Maybe it's a misprint. If you quote the catalog number and page....who knows, maybe you'll get it for $300 which doesn't sound bad. Mine came with the car and I wouldn't drive without it.
