There's a zillion top ten/top one hundred/top one thousand lists out there.

Does it really matter? Only if you're out to impress people I guess.

I don't care if the 911 or 993 for that matter is on that list. I drive and own one for my own primary satisfaction and enjoyment. Sometimes, the less attention the better.

I find such lists a little childish. Once in a while I play the "what cars would I get if I had x dollars available" though that's more of a personal choice rather than what I want people to think of me.

I agree that Aston would be higher in the pecking order in terms of rarity/exoticness, but they are notoriously unreliable (a friend had a new DB7 - sold it for a MB SL..) they make Ferrari's look like toyotas in terms of reliability..
