i'm missing the jack point on the front right (don't know what happened..po stuff). A tech from don rosen porsche said i could buy the jack point (part # 964.501.298.00) and have a place weld it in.
Is this the correct procedure?

Mine need replacement...I don't know what the PO did, but the jack points are messed up.

Yes indeed, you buy the jack point and have a good fabricator bolt blow off what is left of the old one and weld in the new ones.

I might make the hole in the center a little larger...hmmmmm
