The basic 993 alarm is wired to the doors, trunk lid, engine lid, glove box, oem radio & ignition. It will sound if any of those are opened, the radio is removed or the ignition switched. There is an optional interior infrared movement sensor (w/interior light) which is located between the visors on the windshield frame. There are no motion sensors for the car, so polish all you want.
