Default Floor mat "stays"

Does anyone who has ripped out their carpets still have the floor mat "stays" that they might part with? Bought my car without them, and the mats slide about a bit. Planning to check with the dealer soon, but haven't gotten around to it.

Thanks.

If you are referring to the plastic part that goes through the grommet in the mat, the p/n is 999 049 011 40 and it is called a "Push Button" according to Porsche PET parts look-up.

I am checking dealers soon to see if I can get two for my missing ones...

Which type of "stays" do you need? The factory floor mats used either the plastic buttons referenced by Paul or 1 of 2 different kinds of straps.

Mat straps thread.

John,

The PET is the Porsche electronic parts catalog on CD. Not available from a legit source that I know of.

The dealers that I have dealt with are pretty good about printing out a page or two for me that will show the exploded parts diagram and the part number listing.
