PIC REQUEST: NB fender shots on 10" ET 45
#2
the 10ET65 fits like a glove w/ either a 275/35 or 265/35 tire at any ride height but needs minor lip work on the drivers side w/ 285/30 at really low ride heights and e extremely close to the chassis on the passenger side

stock 10 ET65 has a wheel front space of 2.94"(74.7mm) which is fine w/a 265 or 275 tire but need a lip massage w/ 285
9.5 x19 besides entailing an overly tall tire has a wheel front space of 3.48"(88mm this sticks out .5" more, the tires that fit that rim(poorly because of the narrow wheel) are the same 265, 275 or 285 but all are 1 or so taller, this kills torque available for acceleration.

Paging @dantonio . He originally ran 11" wide ET 34.5 on a NB with a lot of negative camber (and rubbing). He swapped lips and changed overall rear width to 10.25" and ET 44 along with less camber (shown below).
Based on wheel offset calculations, you'd have 4MM less poke with 10" ET45.
Full thread for reference (one of your "ghosts" asked some questions there too a few years ago). The pics w/ silver centers are the original setup. The pics with black centers are the ones close to your inquiry, though still running some decent camber.

this is 10ET65, 10ET45 sticks out 20mm further and is the usual w/b fitment
here you can see how close it is in the inside, again 10ET65 w/ 275/35 x18 tires
