Initally, I would say turn off the computer, go down to the car, jack it up, remove wheel, and do a little looking. Until then, everything is conjecture.
Might be the bushings at either end of the spring, might be a broken spring, might be a broken spring mount, might be a broken suspension arm. YOU'RE going to have to investigate.
