It is included as part of your oem tool kit. I believe it is for use in the manual closing of the sunroof, but have never done it so don't know for sure. The allen end fits on the hand crank in the tool kit. See p. 84 in the owner's manual (at least in mine).

Oh man I had no clue that was even a Porsche tool, I thought I lost it from something else!

Guys,

The tool IS for the sunroof incase the motor fails and you need to close it manually.

I haven't had to try it yet, but that is its purpose.
