Post kinesis wheels

Does anybody out there have Kinesis wheels on the Porsche? I was looking at the supercups for a silver 993tt. Any thoughts, advice, pictures?
thanks in advance!

Thumbs up

Had a set of Kinesis SuperCups on my '92 911 C2; absolutely loved them. I think for a 993, however, either the Kinesis K20's or K28's would look great. They'll paint them any color you want. Hint: order a set of tires through Tire Rack and have them sent to Kinesis. They will professionally mount them without as much as a fingerprint, let alone scratches like a lot of other places are prone to.

Look at the pictures on the link to my web page. You will see the Kinesis K-28's. I like the matte finish, also helps hide brake dust and dirt. A lot of guys like the Fikses and they do look good but they are a little too pretty for me, I have never been too big a fan of chromed, or chromed looking wheels. Also look at www.forgeline.com and their new 3 piece wheel.

If I am not mistaken the Supercups are not forged wheels and in an 18" size the center will be the same as the 17" version's.
Which ever wheel you go with up the size in the front to 8.5" instead of the stock 8" and upgrade to a 245 tire.

My car came with the kinesis supercup wheels from the p.o. It's black on black, with the rs splitters and spoiler. The kinesis wheels have been great; 8x18 in front and 10x18 rear, wearing 225/40 and 285/30 respectively. The wheels are 3 pc, and I think they had a special offset done to accomodate the turbo size rubber, and still fit under the narrow fender as stock. I couldn't be happier with them. The came from wheel enhancement.

Here is a pic of my polar silver 96 C4S with Kinesis K28 wheels. Wheel enhancements has the crest center caps to complete the install. IMHO, the natural finish on the centers gives the car a very aggressive look.
