Have a question -
The driver's side door lock on my '97 Targa doesn't lock whith the central locking system. The horn sounds once for a brief moment and there is no door lock sound inside the drivers door at all when actuating the lock remote. The car can still be locked by using the key manually.
The door switches look OK.
Does this sound like the lock itself is broken or a central locking issue.
Any advice much apreciated

All the doors were closed correctly.
So, because I had no idea whats wrong, I went to the porsche shop. The technician told me that the problem is caused by the servo motor which actuates the locking mechanism.
Will see what happens after changing the motor.
