Cool Carrera S?

Did Porsche ever produce a 993 CarreraS? I know they built the Turbo S, but I wasn't sure if there was just a Carrera version.

I ask because I was at Starbucks today and saw a silver Carrera with Turbo wheels, and the Turbo S aerokit. It was silver with a black interior. Pretty sweet looking except it showed a lot of wear and tear.

After having my car vandalized in the same parking lot though, I don't know how I feel about seeing the other Porsche there. Is there any safety in numbers?

Wow Matt, that is a sweet looking car. As soon as I get my car back after the new convertible top is put on, I will take some new pictures. Main reason is that in May and June I had the rear spoiler, sideskirts, and front spolier repainted due to rock chips etc. I also had the entire car buffed and it looks brand new now.

The TurboS aerokit is completely awesome looking though

Here is an older picture:

Matt, that really is a tasty shot of your car. I'm doing my humble best to keep up -- I took delivery of a random orbital polisher yesterday, and have so far attacked the swirls on about 50% of the car. I love my polisher!!

Matt - Nice pic of the p-car. But also impressive is the garage floor. I have followed the threads and am aware of some of the methods used (all of which have had problems with surfaces that do not last). So how did you achieve your floor surface and how is it holding up?

Matt,

You've really got to stop parking your car in the living room and telling people it's your "garage." You're making the rest of us with a garage look bad!
(Yes, I'm jealous )

Garage floors can be done well if you use the right product and prep correctly. Here's a shot of the guy I hired to do mine using Benjamin Moore Polymide Epoxy 2 part paint.

And here's an after shot finished. It's now about a year old and holding up very well. The hardest part is convincing your wife that cleaning the garage is much more important than cleaning the bathrooms!

Thanks for the comments guys. All the help is from Zymol and Griot's garage floor paint. The Zymol keeps the car looking good, and the floor paint really spiffs things up in the living room, errr garage. The floor paint has done a good job of keeping things easy to clean. There are sections, under the tires, where the paint has lifted a bit. I can only attribute that to having not cleaned the garage floor well enough (I just used a power washer and broom). The next project is to install baseboards and paint the walls a charcoal color. After that, I can bring in the bed. Wouldn't the wife like that!

I've never seen a bed hefty enough to hold the weight of a CarreraS, Matt! Does the wife know?!?
