I've had the Jeep about 3 years now... maybe 4. Yeah, well I'm originally from Huntington Beach, CA so the CA style makes sense! I have a small 2" lift on my Jeep. I'm not doing dual exhausts. Here in the South that's a bit redneck, plus I only have a 4.0L and a single Flowmaster going out the back is just fine. I use it to pull my boat once in a blue moon as well.

I have BFG AT KOs that are 30" x 9.5. Nothing too crazy. It's been reliable and gets good gas mileage for an SUV. I originally wanted a V8 and am glad I didn't go in that direction. The Suburban look is a big thing (modded) in So. CA but my fiancee' would hit every other parked car in a beast like that!

Sean,

Sweet surfing pic. I wish I could do that. Apparently, I need an engine of some sort under my tush to get it to move.

SeanD,
Why not try the battery maintainer during your absence. Of course you certainly need to determine if indeed you have a problem.
Part numbers:-
000 043 202 55
000 043 202 56
Battery Maintainer and Battery Adapter cable for maintainer.

Thanks Anir and Ran.

I'm actually going to just leave the battery alone. IF it drains then I have a problem still and the dealer I bought the 993 from will have to fix it. I was made aware of this problem from the PPI and they told me it was fixed. I don't think a brand new battery should go dead after 2 weeks.
