The 100 coolest cars
May's edition of the British CAR magazine has the "100 coolest cars".
I was expecting our beloved 993 to make the cut but I was pleasantly surprised to see a nice big picture on page 108 of a 993TT! Our latest and greatest version of the classic aircooled 911 sits high on this magazine's list at NUMBER 5!!! Nbr is the Gullwing, Nbr 2 the Enzo, number 3 the Miura. Pretty cool company indeed!
Part of the commentary says " the 993 is the last and best of the aircooled 911's " which I think we would all agree!
As for the rest of Porsche offerings?
The famed 550 Spyder makes it at number 20
The equally famous 911 RS of 1973 vintage at number 21
Finally the 928 S4 makes it at number 81
What no Cayenne on the list?
