Hi OG,

There'll be a Tracquest event at Willow Springs on the 22nd and 23rd

http://www.tracquest.com/Events/WI200405.asp

DJ, Mooty (John), Silver Bullet (Kim), Viperbob (Bob) are among the Rennlisters who's going to be there...

Here's a list of people who are going:

Some people will only be there one day or the other. Some will be there both days. Sundays people tend to leave a little early especially if they have been there both days. It will be good to see you Paul, and I can't wait to check out the car...

OG,

Bring.... stopwatch, chair, hat, cooler filled with drinks for your buddies. See you there on Saturday. Yes, VB is there for the whole weekend. If you have some Depends, maybe you can take a ride with him?

OG,

Come to think of it... sign up to run the event. No biggie, and they have instructors and a group for newbies. You'll have a blast, and get totally hooked. You'll sell your bikes and all your other toys, and you'll start looking for ways to get some weight out of your car. Do it!

The event is lightly attended, so there's plenty of room for another entrant. Sign up. I'll speak to Merrit.

Is it still open for registration? If so, Paul, I would highly recommend that you sign up

I briefly considered driving down after doing Thunderhill on Friday but I'm not as crazy as John is.

OG,

http://www.tracquest.com/Events/WI200405.asp

I think the one day charge is around $350, which is VERY expensive for an event like this. However, you get a fancy-shmancy banquet dinner, and a chance to hobnob with the turtles. I can't think of a better way to spend your loot. Just DO IT. Tighten up them PSS-9s, torque the lugnuts, check the air pressure, and clean all the crap out of your car. Bring a helmet. Show up. See you there around 8:00am?

$350!!?? I just got a $1000 leftover bill from ankle surgery.
If I spent $350 Sat I will have to have surgery on the OTHER
ankle, where my tiny wife will seperate my foot from the rest O me,
with a swift kick!! I'll come observe and say hello.
I wish I could sign up but thats above my paygrade for right now.
What time do I show up with the drinks??Too bad Pong aint gonna
be there! He always has a case of Gordon Birsch on hand!!

Paul, different kind of bill, different financial bucket All you need to do is to adopt the Kim Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (KGAAP) and all will be good.

John bullied me into signing up for Tracquest and I throughly enjoyed myself. You should do the same. Think of it as market research. Besides you have all that horsepower (more than me) and nowhere to do silly things with it safely

OG,

Sorry you can't join in. Maybe you could apply for the "broken ankle scholorship". Give Todd a call or email... he's looking for more entrants. I look forward to seeing you out there. Stopwatch, camera, pad, pencil, work gloves.

Guys I dont have a helmut either! I would absolutely love to
join in, but right now is not a good finacial time. Slow for the condo
so I get to eat 2 mortgages at once, blah blah blah (ski season is over)
and its just tight right now. If I could talk Todd into a Turbo grant I would
do it in a heart beat.
Juader too bad you aint gonna be there! Ryan wanted to say hi.
