Jerry,
Congrats. An early '95 at that. 👍🏻
I bought my 6/94 build more than 17 years ago with 35k on the clock. Awesome cars.

Maybe 2023 is the year you actually add some miles to your '95.

I have been on the hunt for a while now and finally found the perfect 993.

Now I need to figure out a few minor upgrades. Wheels, tires, exhaust, maybe different front bumper?

Lets share some pics and ideas.

Congrats.

Regarding mods, over the past dozen years or so have done pretty much AMJ's list with variations:

Suspension - Probably PSS10s with new bushings, etc. as needed
Wheels - Always fun to personalize the wheels
Shifter - FD kit with golden rod, etc.
Exhaust - FD either Stage II or Stage III. My GT3T has full Dundon so I might want to just go with the Stage II to have something a little more tame
Body - Maybe Turbo front bumper one day
Engine - SW Chip
Interior - Maybe 996 steering wheel and eventually a bespoke full interior
Audio - Porsche Classic radio and possibly new speakers

Enjoy!!!

Jerry, that's a great find! What a great compliment to your 992

What are most people doing for 993 exhaust? I did a drilled airbox + what was called the 'RSR' modification, which was sending cores to Robin Sun for modifying the interior of them. I'm not sure if he's still around on the forum or does this anymore. Probably similar to the Fister Exhaust.

Have been considering the Turbo bumper as well.
I also have PSS10 on order and contemplating the front bumper stuff.

I'd recommend anyone buying a 993, to replace the Control arm bushings, if they have not been changed.

Congrats, from a fellow '95 owner (mine is a Black on Cashmere model which I've owned for over 15 years). What a nice, low mileage find - enjoy!
