Hey Nemick,
Man, you're doing suspension, and aerodynamics, huh?? Boy, you got the bug bad....and to think I had a part in corrupting you...... MMMMMMWWWWWAAAAHHHAAAAHHHAAAHHHAAAHHHAAAHHH (evil laugh) .

Seriously, that is the ONLY wing I would consider because if you notice the wing stays below the line of site when the top is down. So, not only can you actually see out of the rear view mirror when driving, but it is the only wing that really looks like it would have come on the car from the factory.

I want more pictures, Rick.

Robert

JPS,
I don't think I have that photo (and have since sold the car); here's the photos that I do have.
Cheers,
Rick

Rick, Thanks for all the pics. I would have responded sooner, but I have been on planes all damn day. Where did you get your body parts?

Robert, I am indeed on the slippery slope. I will have to quit coming on the forum s often, because I get all enthused every time I do.

Thanks all

Neil,

MASHAW is a good place to locate the front splitters and the tail. Gert previously had the RS sideskirts, but he currently isn't showing them on his site. I'm trying to figure out where to locate them as well. Let me know if you find them somewhere!

My stuff was all factory and was purchased through Gert.

Gert does still have the sideskirts on his site - check under Exterior Items.

I think the RS tail looks great on a cab, but does this mean you live without the 3rd brake light? Not that I would miss it, but my concern would be the police might miss it as well, possible fix ticket.

There wasn't a light on the tail but I bought a license plate frame that had a pair of flickering LEDs; the police were OK with that. I'll look and see if I can still find that web site.

Thanks for the sideskirt link... OUCH! They've gone up 300 euro since I last looked a couple of months ago.

Rick,

Since we're both in Indy, could you tell me who did your paint work etc?

Thanks

Neil,
I never noticed you were in Indy - let's hook up sometime!! I'm in Carmel and will be at the PCA DE this weekend at Putnam if you get you there.
I had Harvey's in Westfield do my paint - great guys, great work and fair prices. They do all of the work for Dreyer & Reinbold, Tom Wood, Wordwide Motors, etc... so they're good.
Best of luck,
Rick

Rick,

Yes, I'll be out at Putnam this weekend. I don't plan on tracking the car, but it will be nice to meet you and a few fellow Porsche owners.

Is it on both days?

Neil - it is both Saturday & Sunday; come on by - I'll be in the red 951S w/ the black Cayenne tow vehicle.
Hope to see you there.
