Rennsport Reunion II
If you guys hadn't made up your mind whether to attend or not, look at the list of cars that will be there and maybe that will sway you. Amazing cars from Porsche racing history.
I can't wait to run the high banks.

This event was announced in Aug of 2003 and very well covered by all the Porsche magazines and PCA.
I will take a bunch of pics and will gladly share them with you guys.

Greg,
The list of folks looks pretty good. I see Sienfeld on the list, but I don't see Bobby Rahal on there. It still should be a great turnout just looking at the list of cars. I can't wait to see your pictures when you get back. Take a lot of snaps.

Scott,
Look at the 935 K3 with the Red Roof Livery. Or did you mean cars he owns? I didn't see his name under the 917 and others he is supposed to own.
935 K3 Red Roof Carlos de Quesada
1981 Daytona Winner Redman, Rahal, Garretson

Ron,
We have two sessions on Friday. One on Saturday morning. Qualifying on Sunday morning and race on Sunday afternoon. I will be in group 2 all NA 911's over 2.5 liters. This will include all the GT3RS's, 993RSR, 911 RSR.
I am going to have some unbelievable video as these guys fly by me on the banking.
My car # is 621. I will be paddocked near another silver 993. If you happen by say hello.
This is one event that the off track stuff will be as much fun as the on track event.

Greg,
8 of us are flying in from Big D plus a few others are running in the event. I was but my RSA got crunched at the TWS CR last month. We will track you down in the paddock (which will probably stretch to the beach .
I notice Seinfeld is listed on the "Solar" 917. That was Redman's car & is the only one (I believe) that never actually raced. I saw it sell in Monterey a few years ago. They said it was an "undisclosed phone bidder". Guess we know who that was now. Went for $ 1.4m if I remember right. I think this is more 917s than were at Monterey in '98 & it is definitely the most 962s (21!) that have been together since the hey day if ever. Should be an awesome event. Have a good trip trailering down.

John,
No clue, but do you think the owners of Daytona Speedway, ISC, really care? I imagine they had to take any open weekend.
