Chris, turns out that the shop I use to use (as in no long go there) supplied a used door to the body shop telling them I said it was ok because I wanted the job done fast. Well, I was willing to wait until after the California Speedway event, but it seems someone wanted to make some money off of used parts at my expense. The body shop understood and is getting a new door and will take care of things. It is unfortunate when businesses act in this manner, but it will all work out in the end. Thanks for asking Chris!

Calif Peedway
Me and the neighbor EM going hammer and tong at Cali Peedway. POC goes out in May. This is one incredible track.
Let's just suppose you were camping out. It was an awfully long walk to the men's room in the middle of the night, if you just happen to have a cup nearby, and that is why they call it California Peedway...I know this first hand!
Now to the subject of ride height...this is the height I am pleased with!

The scooters saved the day!
While at California Speedway, Kary brought out several scooters for sale from Group 9 Motorsports. My neighbot EAM bought one..and we had Kary's to use as well. This enabled be to throw my midnight pee "cup" away, and ride with dignity to the men's room, at any hour of the night or day. Check out Kary's web site for these scooters...they are very handy at the track, especially a large track such as California Speedway, whee it is at least 1/4 of a mile to the showers. And they are on sale now!
