Advertising posters
Rob,
Can you just edit you previous posts, and remove the "offending" words? I too, am confused by the strange reaction of some folks. I can't see anything wrong with your posts and mentioning the name of someone that provided good service. Weird.

Rob, at the top of the post you want to edit, to the left of the quotation marks, is a picture of a pencil and paper. Click on that, and you should be able to edit your post. Hope this helps.

Mr. Bell stated that though he recognizes that I may have been trying to help him and the people who were looking for posters, I had caused him nothing but problems. Up until now, I would have found it difficult to believe that Max was talking about the same person I had dealt with. Now I'm starting to think that the old adage, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" should be modified to say, "Don't say anything at all." Mr. Bell: I am sorry for the kind words. Now, can someone tell me how to remove a post from this board? As soon as I know how I will remove my previous post as well as this post. For now, I'm just confused.

Yes, I did get a similar email. I too thought I was helping both John Bell & those seeking to purchase his posters. Apparently, although Dr. Bell runs a very active eBay business, he doesn't want to be bothered by inquiries from potential customers. Go figure
Anyway, I edited my prior post so John may return to whatever obscurity he thinks he has after thousands of eBay deals.

Me too! I just edited my JB related post on a buy I just made (4 Porsche posters) that I was quite excited about. I included too much personal information about him and apologized to him for that. I'll be sure to be more careful from now on when I report any experience with a vendor.
