Question X-post Etiquette = Awesome RUF Stuff, including videos

Hi,

Is it bad form to refer posts from other car forums onto Rennlist? Here's why I'm asking.

I'm active on another board, and a member there has a R-turbo and a CTR Yellow Bird. He has pics of his cars, and a video of the R-turbo racing a Brabus SL-55 (?), and a story of a race between his R-turbo and the CTR. Absolutely fascinating stuff. I thought our members here, who generally appreciate these reads, might like to see those threads as well.

If you folks, especially the moderators, tell me it's ok to x-post or link those particular threads from the other forum, I'd gladly bring them over for all to enjoy.

Thanks.

CP

CP,

I have seen many such links in the past, and never heard an objection. I, for one, would like to read those threads.

Well, two votes make me bold, so here goes.

Story on race betwen CTR and R-turbo. The spec. for the CTR is insane.

Video of R-turbo racing the Brabus SL.

Acquiring the Yellow Bird CTR.

Added bonus, videos of the Yellow Bird on the Ring. The second video is absolutely awesome.

Enjoy.

Alfie,

Yes, Adam drops in on the Rennlist 996turbo board once in a while. He is much more active on the M5board.com and 6speedonline.com forums.

His family car collection is nothing short of amazing, especially for a RUF believer like me.

CP,

Awesome threads! I was hoping to make the next BAR run so I can ride in your Ruf but I'll be working that weekend at the shop. Maybe the next BAR run. Great videos!

Scott,

You are welcomed to sample the RUF when we get together. It is a joy like few others.
